It has been a crazy year. Starting school again, finding a job that the work environment that drove me crazy quite literally, the uncertainty of then listen to the doctor and leaving the job, moving and the packing unpacking pains, finding a new job, and all the while finding a voice inside of me strong enough to scream at time and quiet enough for the very needed tenderest of moments.



I've never been one to vocalize my emotions. I'm not the emo crying in the corner because life is a string of trial, mediocre days, pitfalls, and always pinnacles of "ah ha" moments when we realize that beyond our short comings and stacks of bills we're truly blessed.



There is no script to adhere to. No rigid plan that should be followed. What some call set backs, really are just gut checks to see exactly what we are made of and who we hold hands with through the shit storm and rainbows.



Even in the craziest of times, I can feel the strength and taste the chocolate over the coarseness.



Yes I am lucky.



Lucky because of you, and I'll be damned if I ever forget that.

You have spirit girl.. strength and intelligence :) I don't think luck has a lot to do with it but rather the support of a strong partner to help soften the storms when they arrive in life.
